David O'Brien is a long-time resident of Coto de Caza and focuses his real estate practice there, as well as, in the surrounding communities of Trabuco Canyon. As your Neighborhood Realtor, he is committed to conducting his business to the highest of ethical and professional standards.
David's educational background, including a Master's degree in Business Administration, combined with his previous business experience, including roles in sales, marketing, and business development, position David very well to represent his client's interests throughout the real estate transaction process. David has set himself apart from other Realtors through having completed both the GRI (Graduate, Realty Institute) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) programs, which comprise some 120 hours of live classroom training focused on advanced Real Estate topics. Both of these programs are recognized world-wide and by the National Association of Realtors.
As a long-term resident of Coto de Caza, David is active in his community. He serves his fellow neighbors through his on-going support of the Friends of the Rancho Santa Margarita Public Library where has also served as a past volunteer and member of the board of directors.
